Sensory Approaches

Sensory Approaches use our eight senses (yes eight!) to improve the way we feel and function. Sensory Approaches are trauma informed and can be integrated with motivational interviewing in interventions.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing helps us to have conversations with people that empower them to make changes for their health and wellbeing. It is trauma informed and can integrate with Sensory Approaches in interventions.

Trauma Informed Care

Trauma Informed Care recognises that many people in our care have experienced trauma. It offers principles - safety, empowerment, choice, collaboration and trustworthiness - to guide our practices and our clients' healing.
