Using MI with the Creative Arts

Motivational Interviewing and the arts have a lot in common. They both have a deep interest in truth telling, honouring struggles with ambivalence and differing parts of ourselves, and offering opportunities for transformation, connection and hope.

To learn how to combine MI with the creative arts, email me for a 1:1 session.

That Makes Sense

I’m excited to share a project close to my heart. It’s called That Makes Sense. Here you will learn how to use your eight (yes eight!) senses to improve your confidence and wellbeing.

We’ll explore sensory strategies to cope with common worries like anxiety, mood, sleep, and habits that no longer feel helpful. We’ll use our senses to improve the things that are important to you such as relationships, meeting your goals and functioning at your best. The ideas are easy, fast, cost little or nothing and focus on bringing you pleasure and a renewed sense of purpose!
