That Makes Sense

THAT MAKES SENSE is the name of my business.

My focus is to make hard things easier for everyone – clients, families, teams, communities, and you!

Whether it’s training, speaking, supervision or opportunities to consult and partner, my aim is to promote access and confidence, to meet you where you’re at to support meaningful change.

COMING SOON!

A project that’s close to my heart, which involves all of our senses is coming soon!

You will learn how to use your eight (yes eight!) senses to improve your confidence and wellbeing.

We’ll explore sensory strategies to cope with common worries like anxiety, mood, sleep, and habits that no longer feel helpful.

We’ll use our senses to improve the things that are important to you such as relationships, meeting your goals and functioning at your best.

The ideas are easy, fast, cost little or nothing and focus on bringing you pleasure and a renewed sense of purpose!
